PRICES
All prices shown in this web site are subject to alteration without prior notice. Prices in effect at order date shall apply. For imported products, a surcharge may be levied in the event of major currency fluctuations. All prices are ex-works, Bridge of Weir, and exclude VAT and carriage.

PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are net 30 days from date of invoice.

WARRANTY
The products are covered by the terms as specified in the relevant manufacturers Warranty.

PRODUCT CHARGES
We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications without notice.

MINIMUM ORDER LEVELS
For orders less than £50.00, a handling charge of £10.00 will be charged.

LIABILITY
Our products are intended for use in the laboratory and not for drug, food or household use. Data and suggestions in this website are correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. We cannot, however guarantee this fact and cannot assume any responsibility with respect thereto. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the Customer as a result of or in connection with any claim that the Goods infringe the intellectual property rights of any other person.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and inform us within 3 working days of any damage or other discrepancies. In the case of non-delivery notification MUST be made within 7 days after receipt of our invoice.

RETURN OF GOODS & MATERIALS
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please contact us for instructions to help enable us to expedite the return to your satisfaction.
