Step-by-step Guide to Ordering
Find it
- Type a keyword (or Part Number, if known) in the search box at the top of each page
- Browse the product detail
- Prices and any discounts are shown to the right
Select it
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to store it
- Enter any discount code (if applicable)
- For additional products, repeat above steps
- When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button
Buy it
- If you are a New Customer, create a new account. Complete all 'required' fields and select a payment method
- If you are a Returning Customer, enter your email address and password and select 'Log On'
- Check that both your Account and Delivery Details are correct
- Choose how you would like to pay. We welcome these payment options: pre-arranged, 30-day credit account or credit/debit cards of Visa and Mastercard
- Confirm which rate of VAT will apply to your organisation. If zero, a faxed declaration must be provided
- Then select 'Next'
- Shipping Cost is based on order value
- If you already have credit terms agreed, enter your Organisation Order Number along with any appropriate comments or instructions, then select 'Next'
- Check your order details
- Click the "Submit Your Order" button to complete the transaction
- Remember, all your personal information is protected by the Biocom Ltd security guarantee

- We will send you an e-mail confirming your order
- We will send you another e-mail with a PDF invoice for your records when your item/s have been sent out from our warehouse
